Room was spacious and big enough for 5 people. Location was great. Room was clean, linens were clean, and bathroom was clean! The employees were very nice and welcoming.

Location was great. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant “El Vaquero “. It was also only blocks from my old workplace where I had to be. Everyone was so polite I got the munchies and went down and got a cheesecake that was wonderful.

The breakfast was good. The items were fresh and pleasant. However, some consideration should be given to the fresh fruit mixture, the mixture ingredients were competing versus complimenting.

The rooms are large, with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. The free breakfast is from 6:30 to 9 and has enough options for everyone and tastes really good. The bed were too soft for Mt back and it felt like I was drawing in sheets. The room can be hot with the way the AC unit is so bring a fan if you enjoy air blowing on you while you sleep.

Place is very clean, breakfast was excellent (wife loved the sausage/eggs), bed slept great. Parking lot lighting is very good (used to be lighting designer), road noise level was OK. Right next to Texas Roadhouse, so can walk for food. Staff was very nice, helpful. Read a lot of hotel reviews prior to booking Hyatt, and feel it was a good decision. Was right on this one. Asked for a non-animal room, and they did that. Wife is recommending this place to a single lady friend who's traveling to Columbus soon.

The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked into the hotel. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is pretty quiet. The location has many restaurants near by, and a family dollar. CVS & Walgreens are a few minutes away. My family and I had a great stay!
